Garage Packages
Garage packages from API-EBS offer a wide variety of building options.  We have pictured some of the common garage sizes and designs as pre-priced packages for reference or for a quick order.

Our standard garage package walls are fabricated from 2x4 lumber spaced 16” on center with a treated bottom plate and with 7/16” OSB sheathing applied. Properly sized headers over the window(s) and passage door(s) are built into the walls and the needed gable end overhang ladders are furnished to speed the building process. The standard garage package has a 4/12 roof pitch. Optional packages with thicker walls, different sheathing materials or roof pitches, or other changes are available
